Miso Noodle Soup with Mizuna and Nasturtium Leaf


- 2 servings of dried Ramen Noodles (or any noodles for that matter)
- 2 tbsp Miso Paste
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 Handful of Purple Mizuna
- 1 Handful of Nasturtium leaf
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Togarashi to taste


1. In a medium saucepan dissolve Miso Paste in boiling water to make soup
2. Cook noodles in soup until tender
3. Serve in bowls - add sesame oil, mizuna, nasturtium leaf and togarashi
4. Enjoy!
