- 2 cups whole-wheat flour
- 2 cups Greek yoghurt
- 3 tbs dried fenugreek
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1tsp tumeric
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
1. Mix ingredients (except olive oil in bowl)
2. Divide into balls
3. Heat olive oil in frypan
4. Cook in batches, spread out flatbread while cooking
5. Serve with yoghurt seasoned with chilli powder and honey, or sautéed vegetables or curry (this goes well with almost everything)
